Shipping policy

We're committed to getting your Ruach by MJ journal to you safely and on time. Here's everything you need to know about how we ship.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3–5 business days of being placed. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays. You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a follow-up email with your tracking number once it has shipped. However, we are unable to control delivery delays caused by any postal services. 

Domestic Shipping (United States)

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii, though delivery times to these states may be slightly longer. Once you're ready to check out, you will see the shipping options, cost and date of estimated delivery to your home.  

International Shipping

We currently ship to the United States, Canada and Europe. You will see the shipping options and cost available once you are ready to check out. If your country is not listed and you would like to be notified when shipping expands to your region please email us at info@ruachbymj.com.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package directly through the carrier's website. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your shipping notification.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Ruach by MJ is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery confirmation. If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, we recommend:

  • Checking with neighbors or building management
  • Contacting the carrier directly with your tracking number
  • Reaching out to us at orders@ruachbymj.com and we'll do our best to assist

Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives damaged, please email us at orders@ruachbymj.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the damage. We'll work quickly to resolve it.

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Ruach by MJ is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address. If you notice an error immediately after ordering, contact us right away at orders@ruachbymj.com and we'll do our best to make the correction before it ships.

Bulk Orders

Shipping for bulk orders is handled individually. Please contact us at orders@ruachbymj.com for a custom quote.
