Refund policy
We want you to love your Ruach by MJ journal. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns within 15 days of delivery, provided the following conditions are met:
- The journal seal is completely unbroken and unopened
- You have proof of purchase (order confirmation email, order number)
If the seal has been broken or the journal has been used, we are unable to accept the return.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, email us at orders@ruachbymj.com within 15 days of receiving your order. Please include:
- Your order number
- The reason for your return
- A photo of the item showing the unbroken seal
Once we review and approve your request, we'll send you instructions on how to send the item back.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.
Please note that original shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrived damaged or you received the wrong item, please email us at orders@ruachbymj.com within 15 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A photo of the damage or incorrect item
We'll make it right at no cost to you — no return required for damaged items.
Bulk Orders
Returns on bulk orders are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us at orders@ruachbymj.com to discuss your situation.
